Phainon is a software company from Kyiv, Ukraine. We build and run platforms and AI-powered systems, the parts of a product that have to be right from day one; our first product is Tequila Platform. We work with the discipline of a large engineering organisation and the pace of a small team.

What we do
We build systems where the architecture decides the outcome, and we stay with them after launch. Everything we build, we also run.

- Cloud-native backends and platform-as-a-service on Kubernetes: services, event streams, identity, delivery and observability, shaped so that a small team can run what usually takes a department.
- AI-powered systems
- Products and internal tools built around language models. Agents read, decide and act inside explicit permissions, and every action they take is logged and open to review.
- Building on Tequila
- Help for the teams that build their products on Tequila Platform: domain-driven design, event-sourced services and the integrations between them, with the same tooling we use ourselves.
